Breaking: Freddie Mac Reports Another Drop in Mortgage Rates!

Mortgage rates just took another little dip for the second week in a row!

According to Freddie Mac, the average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage is now at 7.5% for the week ending Nov. 9. That's a drop from last week's 7.76%. While still higher than where we were at this time last year (7.08%), this drop represents big-time savings!

The 15-year mortgage rate is now 6.81%, down from 7.03% last week --a tad higher than the 6.38% from a year ago, but still better than last week!
